Job Title: Nurse Unit Manager

Job Summary:

Exemplar Health Care Services Limited is seeking a skilled Nurse Unit Manager to lead our care team at Greenacre Park care home in Leicester. As a senior nursing professional, you will be responsible for managing a team of nursing and care colleagues, driving quality, and maintaining high standards of care on your unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of nursing and care colleagues to deliver high-quality care to residents.
  • Drive quality and maintain high standards of care on your unit.
  • Oversee and manage all clinical elements and risks on your unit.
  • Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you.
  • Supervise and manage the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication.

Requirements:

  • First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
  • Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
