This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in our fast-growing, venture-backed startup. You'll be working closely with our CEO Karl and our engineering-heavy team to help us scale across geos, verticals, and channels.

The electricity grid is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by the need for decarbonization. To succeed in this new landscape, we must deploy innovative software solutions that can orchestrate the grid effectively.

We're building the infrastructure that will underpin the decarbonized energy system at Axle Energy. Our software is designed to reduce CO2 emissions and energy costs while increasing efficiency.

Our goal is ambitious, and we're assembling a talented team to match the scale of this challenge. We've secured funding from world-leading investors, including Accel, and are poised for rapid growth.

We develop technology to optimize energy usage during periods when electricity is cheap and green. Our software controls vehicle charging, heating systems, and home batteries, using machine learning to predict energy demand and supply accordingly.

Axle Energy operates at lightning speed, shipping products quickly while maintaining expertise in electricity systems. We're backed by top-tier investors and are committed to growing our team to meet customer needs.

We're seeking an exceptional individual to supercharge our commercial operations. This role requires someone who can navigate diverse topics at pace, gaining high levels of ownership and exposure along the way.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Entering new markets through research, analysis, planning, and delivery
  • Helping clients maximize the value of our software
  • Exploring opportunities for growth in new verticals and customer segments

To excel in this role, you'll need to learn rapidly, absorb complex technical information, and demonstrate strong data skills. A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to overcome obstacles are essential.

**Work Arrangements**: We encourage collaboration and teamwork. While we prefer remote work, we require 2-3 days per week in our London office. We're open to discussing flexible arrangements that work for everyone.

**Compensation**: We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000, plus a meaningful equity stake in the company. We believe in rewarding talent and fostering career growth.
