Consultant Ophthalmologist /w subspec Glaucoma

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist to join our team at Birmingham & Midland Eye Centre and Sandwell General Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new ways of working in glaucoma, virtual services, and extended teams with Allied Health Professionals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new clinical services and protocols in glaucoma and virtual services
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies
  • Participate in education and training programs for medical and allied health professionals
