**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team at ICE, a leading organisation in the financial sector. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our ongoing compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in regulation and corporate governance best practices, with excellent communication, drafting, organisation, and time management skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating directly with regulators, providing support and guidance to product groups on regulatory requirements, and reviewing and submitting regulatory reports.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Compliance Director to develop and implement our Regulatory and Compliance Strategy, as well as contribute to the assessment of performance against risk appetite metrics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Communicate with regulators to ensure necessary notifications are made and queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Provide support and guidance to product groups on regulatory requirements
  • Review and submit regulatory reports
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our Regulatory and Compliance Strategy

**Requirements:**

  • Strong background in regulation and corporate governance best practices
  • Excellent communication, drafting, organisation, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of **£55,000 - £70,000 per annum**, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements and professional development opportunities.
