Sales & Account Manager

Location: Leamington Spa

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: £25,000pa - £28,000pa

A successful software house is seeking a Sales & Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the in-house development team to deliver intelligent solutions effectively. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, supplying training to users, negotiating with customers, and identifying upselling opportunities. The successful candidate will be proactive and adaptable, with on-road working required. Benefits include a company car allowance, 24 days annual leave, and a pension scheme opt-in.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and build client relationships via Account Management programme
  2. Supply training to users to improve product usage and understanding
  3. Negotiate with customers to renew their licences
  4. Identify and upsell areas for further product use
  5. Identify prospects, arrange demos, and follow up on leads
  6. Answer customer enquiries
  7. Provide quotes and negotiate terms to generate sales


Requirements

The successful Sales & Account Manager will be proactive and adaptable, with on-road working required. A company car allowance, 24 days annual leave, and a pension scheme opt-in are also included in the benefits package.
