Your Key Responsibilities:
- Experience working in a team within a matrix management structure in a larger organization
- Knowledge and experience in tech transfer activities for medical/pharma products moving from R&D into production
- Knowledge and experience in supplier management and capital equipment acquisition
- Knowledge and experience of process development tools and industry-accepted validation methods
- Provide expertise and input into device scale-up activities including DFM; DFA, precision component moulding and assembly
We are seeking a skilled Industrialisation Engineer to join our team. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement device manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of device development and industrialisation principles, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that all devices meet the required quality and regulatory standards.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from concept to launch, and will be involved in the development of new technologies and processes.
As an experienced Industrialisation Engineer, you will be able to provide technical guidance and support to other team members, helping to drive innovation and improve manufacturing efficiency.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
