We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Legal Secretary to join our Commercial Property team at Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our fee earners and teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our Commercial Property department.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Prepare and edit documents, including creating new versions and using track changes.
  • Accurately type from dictation and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, taking accurate messages and handling client inquiries.
  • Book meetings and appointments, including conference rooms and refreshments.
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as scanning, printing, and storage of documents.
  • Prepare engrossments of legal documents for signing.
  • Assist with other tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements:

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
