About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Heartwood Collection. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests

Requirements:

  • Desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes
  • Able or willing to learn classical French cooking techniques

About Heartwood Collection:

Heartwood Collection is a multi award-winning hospitality group with 14 Brasserie Blancs, 24 Pubs including sites with rooms and more coming. We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years.
