About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Breast Imaging department and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Breast Imaging Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with national and local guidelines, guaranteeing the highest quality care for service users, and investigating any complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with national and local guidelines and governance for staff, equipment, and policies.
  • Guarantee the highest quality care for service users and proper investigation of any complaints.
  • Lead and manage the Breast Imaging department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BSc (Hons) in Radiography
  • Valid HCPC or equivalent with no restrictions
  • SoR accredited Post Graduate Mammography Certificate
  • IELTS Level 7, CEFR level C1 if English isn't your first language
  • Familiarity with performance review and development processes as well as application of Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF)
