Job Description: Capital Project Officer

\

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Capital Project Officer to manage capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

\

Main Duties:

\
  • Effectively manage each stage of a capital project, from feasibility and procurement process through to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements, as well as good governance and health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement project programmes to manage design and construction phases, achieving specified cost, time, and quality parameters.
  • Procure services and contracts related to capital projects, including PQQs, tender documentation, evaluations, and assessments.

Requirements:

\
  • HND or degree in building or construction-related subject, or equivalent qualification.
  • Two years' experience providing architectural services in the building industry/construction field.
  • Proficient use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office applications, and NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract.
  • A full current driving licence and access to a vehicle or alternative transport arrangement.

Estimated Salary: £39,695 - £43,564 per annum, dependent on experience.
