Based in central London with hybrid working, you will be working with a lovely team of established designers.
- Develop seasonal capsule collections along with key shapes, colour palettes, and fabric direction, ensuring the products are fashion-forward yet commercially viable.
- Conduct ongoing research and sourcing to find inspiration for design ideas, fabrics, and trims, driving innovation within the company.
- Collaborate closely with designers to create commercially successful products that meet client expectations and drive sales growth.
- Attend regular design meetings with stakeholders, including Sales Managers and customers, when required.
Key requirements:
- Fully qualified Commercial Graduate Designer with a strong portfolio
- Excellent organisational skills, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Possess advanced computer literacy in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Have a genuine passion for fashion and stay up-to-date with current trends
The estimated salary range for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and qualifications required.
