Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients with complex health conditions, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and monitoring health conditions.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to healthcare professionals and family members.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, with a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
