Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective educational plans, ensuring consistency and quality in teaching practices.
  • SEN Experience: Ideally, having experience working in a SEN school setting, bringing valuable insights and expertise to the role.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Holding a recognized teaching qualification, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Behaviour Management Experience: Having experience managing challenging behaviour, using evidence-based strategies to promote positive outcomes.
  • SEN School Experience: Ideally, having experience working in a SEN school setting, showcasing a deep understanding of SEN pedagogy.
  • Communication Skills: Possessing strong communication and teamwork skills, able to build relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Inclusive Learning Environment: A passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, where all students feel valued and respected.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, estimated at £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
