Position Overview:
The Senior Estimator will play a pivotal role in our project planning and execution process, responsible for accurately estimating project costs and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead senior-level estimating projects, ensuring accuracy and quality of all work produced and checked within the team.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the estimating team, fostering a culture of excellence and expertise.
- Collaborate with the Head of Technical and Estimating Services to ensure performance, accuracy, and workflow targets are met within the department.
- Review and improve estimating processes/systems to ensure the service offering remains up-to-date with regulatory, customer, and business requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
