About the Role

We are seeking a professional Care Supervisor to join our team at Lowe House in Knebworth, Hertfordshire. As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.

About You
  • You will be a warm, friendly, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
  • You will be located within an easily commutable distance from our estate.
  • You will have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • You will be able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen the community spirit within the development.
  • You will be driven to continue to grow your skills and lead by example.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary of £14.47 per hour (day rate) and £11.82 per hour (night rate), plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

  • Opportunities to study for an Adult Care Worker Level 2 or Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 qualification, fully funded by McCarthy Stone.
