Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Matlock. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 20 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of up to £11.79. You will be working a mix of morning and evening shifts, including weekends, to ensure our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.

What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including cocktails, to our guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
