As a Senior Quality Manager at CV-Library, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals, drive excellence in quality and compliance, and champion continuous improvement within the Quality Management System (QMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Management Representative for the QMS, ensuring processes are implemented, maintained, and improved.
- Lead the team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including EU MDR and FDA QSR standards.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any deviations or non-compliances.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback.
About You:
We're looking for a seasoned quality professional with a strong background in quality management, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree in quality management, chemistry, biology, or a related field is essential, with an MSc in Quality Management or similar being a plus. Excellent leadership and communication skills are also necessary.
A competitive salary of £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, reflecting your expertise, is offered, along with outstanding benefits, including opportunities for professional growth.
