Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pioneer Selection. As a key member of our Engineering Maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, and product equipment, and making improvements to save time and money.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and product equipment
  • Perform planned and responsive maintenance activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities to optimize maintenance efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with the Engineering Maintenance team to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience with PPMs and breakdowns
  • Industrial background with electrical or mechanical bias
  • Engineering qualification
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong relationship-building abilities
