Page Personnel Finance is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for partnering with budget holders to provide them with financial insights to inform decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with budget holders to advise on annual forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business cases, helping to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the organisation and sector, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Report on designated areas to the Senior Management Team, providing regular updates and recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience of setting budgets in a complex organisation, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.
- Proven ability to provide financial analysis and insights, with a track record of influencing business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £46,000, depending on experience.
- 30 days annual leave + bank holidays + Xmas shutdown, providing a good work-life balance.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week in the office and flexibility to work from home.
