About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Accompany clients to appointments and provide transportation as needed.
- Follow personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Document daily activities and any changes in client conditions.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is an advantage, but not essential.
