As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for welcoming, registering, and dealing with enquiries from potential clients, accurately and in a caring professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, register, and deal with enquiries from potential clients via various channels.
  • Book and conduct viewings in the Bolton area, ensuring a thorough and accurate process.
  • Obtain and relay thorough viewing feedback to clients and stakeholders.
  • Book valuations for the Branch Manager and negotiate offers between vendors and buyers.
  • Progress sales by keeping all parties informed throughout the buying/selling process.
  • Liaise with solicitors throughout the sales process.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with new business development.
  • Conduct viewings for rental properties and provide feedback to clients.
  • Agree lets and liaise efficiently with the Property Management team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator in Estate Agency.
  • A driving license.
  • An ace sense of humour.
  • A happy, positive, can-do mindset.
  • Motivation to do well and self-driven.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Customer-centric approach, prioritizing the customer's experience and wellbeing.
