About the Role:
- This position involves working closely with learners, colleagues, and management to provide tailored support and guidance, ensuring they meet their learning goals and objectives.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- A driving license is required for this role, as you will need to travel to various locations to deliver sessions and meetings.
Requirements:
- Qualified Tutor (at least a Level 3 specialism)
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in GCSE/Functional Skills
- Teaching Qualification (at least a Level 3)
- Driving Licence
Estimated Salary: £25-£30 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
