Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to deliver against our hiring needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand recruitment needs and legal practice areas across our global offices.

  1. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify candidates and deliver against our hiring needs, in line with our diversity agenda.
  2. Conduct initial screening calls with candidates, detailing Axiom's value proposition and coaching candidates on what to expect throughout the interview process.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an undergraduate degree and 1-2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience within a recruiting agency/staffing firm or in-house for a company (legal recruitment experience highly desirable).

Remuneration:

Our salary range is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience, and we offer excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.
