About the Role

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in facilities development and construction to lead and manage infrastructure projects from conception through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage infrastructure projects, coordinating functional and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and KPIs.
  • Oversee contractor management and site installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide expert knowledge in infrastructure methods, materials, and skills requirements, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Support the development and costing of proposals, overseeing projects through to final completion.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects from initial planning through to final delivery.
  • Strong background in contractor management and experience in delivering high levels of site safety performance.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a focus on delivering within tight timescales and budget constraints.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience, particularly in infrastructure, plant, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
Estimated Salary Range

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
