CV-Library is seeking an experienced Accounting and Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Norfolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire payroll process, from setup to payment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Set up and maintain accurate payroll records for all employees.
  2. Run the weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  3. Liaise with managers and staff to resolve pay queries and discrepancies.
  4. Manage court orders and deductions from pay, such as attachment of earnings orders and child support orders.
  5. Verify ID and bank details of new starters by checking documents.
  6. Generate routine reports and payslips.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be confident in their ability to work independently and as part of a team.
