About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our Buffet Team at Butlin's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled, and our guests receive an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
  • Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled, and the team is in the right place at the right time to manage fluctuating guest demand.
  • Support and coach the team to drive key targets, such as add-on sales and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to achieve operational standards and guest experience goals.
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
About You

We are looking for an experienced leader from within an F&B environment who can support the team to deliver fantastic service. You should have a proven track record of leading and motivating teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You should be confident in directing and responding in any situation, while delivering consistent brand standards. Strong leadership skills, the ability to lead, motivate, and engage your team, even at periods of high demand, are essential.
