Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Operations Coordinator to join our Commercial Property Team in Huddersfield. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to Fee Earners and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Effective communication with third parties and clients
  • Coordinate Searches, AML Checks, and submit Land Registry applications
  • Digital dictation using Bighand
  • Case file management and document organization
  • Telephone call handling, enquiries, and requests
  • Email response and coordination as required
Key Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to our firm's ethos, values, and strategy
  • Strong keyboard skills and basic knowledge of legal letters
  • Ability to assimilate information from files and clients
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
