We are seeking a skilled Shop Supervisor to join our team at Sue Ryder in Matlock. As a Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize your retail expertise to drive sales, achieve targets, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Work closely with the local community to generate donated stock and maintain a well-merchandised shop.
- Recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure their success.
- Manage stock processes effectively, ensuring the shop is well-stocked with fresh, seasonal items.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, supporting in-store campaigns and national fundraising initiatives.
- Manage the Epos operation to optimize stock processes.
