Customer Service Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our client's existing team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, handling incoming queries via phone and email, liaising between customers and transport services to provide delivery updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
