About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Lead to join our team at Eden Blake Procurement & Supply Chain Search. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business by leading the end-to-end strategic procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Lead the procurement process for a range of goods and services, including garage and workshop repair services, and spare parts
  • Implement a structured supplier performance management program to ensure contractual standards and commercials are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end procurement activity, including category sourcing strategies and supplier performance management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels of a business
  • Strong track record of savings delivery and experience in robust supplier performance management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Willingness to work onsite 3 days a week in either Birmingham or Chippenham
