WeRecruit is seeking a highly skilled Animation Supervisor to join our team in Tenerife, Canary Islands. This exciting opportunity will challenge your expertise in 3D animation production and provide the chance to work on high-quality animated series.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the 3D animation pipeline, with strong technical knowledge of animation tools, software, and processes. You will be responsible for overseeing all production stages, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high-quality output across all departments involved in the production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the director and production departments (animation, backgrounds, scriptwriting, etc.).
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain the production schedule, organize work sessions, production meetings, and allocate time for each sequence.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee the work of animation, 3D modeling, rendering, and technical teams, ensuring their output meets the director's creative vision and quality standards.
  • Deadline & Budget Control: Monitor deadlines and budgets to ensure the project stays on schedule and within financial constraints.
  • Post-Production Oversight: Supervise post-production work, including finalizing animations, coordinating visual effects, and overseeing sound editing.

The salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
