Maintenance Operations Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe management and efficient running of maintenance teams in the Humber Region.
Job Description- Plan, action, and mitigate preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
- Ensure maintenance is executed in line with company expectations, policies, procedures, and guidance
- Implement and maintain maintenance KPIs and metrics to deliver required information
- Work with peers to supply risk-assessed, planned, and phased CAPEX funding requests
We are looking for an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience working on a top-tier COMAH site. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing safe systems of work practices, permit control, risk assessments, and method statements.
A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization. If you have the skills and experience required for this position, please submit your CV and a covering letter outlining your experience as a Regional Maintenance Manager.
