About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team in Snodland, near Maidstone. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with severe learning difficulties, providing assistance with complex care needs, including peg feeding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking and personal care
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a high-quality service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
