About the Role

We are looking for a Support Services Coordinator who can help us deliver a robust support service to our essential business functions.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders.

  • As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for owning issues through to complete resolution and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • You will work closely with the project team to integrate TC data cleansing and system migration phases.
  • You will configure MS Teams to meet the Travel Counsellor's requirements and provide ongoing technical support.
  • You will apply your technical expertise to learn from the installation process and contribute to the in-life phase.
  • You will assist franchise owners with system migration and product queries, enabling them to make informed decisions.
