As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from new build developments to refurbishments and renovations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring value for money and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the housebuilding sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
