Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal compliance across the company.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
