About the Role:

As a Care Professional with Home Instead Charnwood, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, personalised care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to support individuals with daily tasks, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Companionship: Building meaningful connections and offering emotional support to our clients.
• Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring our clients maintain their dignity and comfort.
• Home Help: Supporting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands, helping our clients maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
• Medication Support: Assisting clients with taking prescribed medications, ensuring they receive the correct dosage and adhere to their treatment plans.
• Promoting Independence: Encouraging clients to live as independently as possible while providing the care they need to thrive.

Requirements:

• Caring and compassionate, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on our clients' lives.
• Reliable and flexible, able to commit to working weeknights, mornings, or both, to meet the needs of our clients.
• Good communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships with clients, their families, and our team.

• A full UK driving license and access to reliable transport is essential for this role.
