Job Title: HR and Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Recruitment Specialist to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and advise team members on employee engagement, employee relations, talent acquisition, and retention.
  • Provide consultative support to the HR team and on-site leadership on HR-related matters.
  • Process payroll for approximately 200 employees on a weekly basis, including processing, reporting, reconciliation, audit support, payroll changes, and other tasks related to payroll and benefits.
  • Manage multiple projects from end to end, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and Generalist roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in Payroll and/or finance roles.
  • Ability to use Workday software.
