About the Role

This Resourcing Assistant Apprentice role sits within the Resourcing Team, responsible for managing recruitment for the firm. You'll work closely with the HR Team, stakeholders, and partners to support the recruitment process.

As a Resourcing Assistant Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience in a varied role, encompassing administrative tasks and working with advisors on vacancies. You'll support the operations of recruitment from an administrative perspective, across our UK and international offices.

You'll also work towards completing the Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 Apprenticeship. Upon completion, you'll have the opportunity to progress within the team and continue building your career with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update our recruitment system and external job boards with vacancy information
  • Schedule interviews and ad-hoc recruitment events
  • Generate recruitment correspondence, including templated offer letters and contracts of employment
  • Own and produce regular reports, using the recruitment system, to monitor recruitment activity, success rates, agency performance, and diversity of the candidate pipeline
  • Own and maintain recruitment spreadsheets, templates, and key recruitment documents
  • Support the management of agency relationships, including arranging agency briefings and organizing payment of agency invoices
  • Manage recruitment invoicing
  • Manage the Recruitment inbox
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a desire to develop and progress within a recruitment role. You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use different approaches depending on the audience and context. A high level of attention to detail, resilience, and strong organizational and communication skills are also essential.

You'll be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade C or above.
