Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience of successfully managing a manufacturing team
  • Experience of implementing best practice manufacturing techniques
  • A background in complex mechanical assembly

As a Production Manager, you will help to ensure that the Master Production Plan is followed, meeting milestones, maintaining the ERP system, continually evaluating staffing and equipment levels to reflect demand, proactively develop your team and implement process improvements.
