Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician to join our dedicated team at a leading Surrey hospital.

This is a permanent, full-time role where you will play a vital part in supporting patients with their ongoing treatment and managing symptoms and complications through outpatient pharmacy services.

The key responsibilities of this position include ensuring prescriptions are safely dispensed, resolving patient and colleague queries, and adhering to secure stock management procedures.

In addition, you will work closely with colleagues to provide the highest standard of care to patients throughout their treatment period.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including weekday working only (09.00 - 18.00), free on-site parking, and generous annual leave entitlement.

Person Specification:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess relevant qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Service Skills or Level 3 Diploma in Principles and Practice for Pharmacy Technicians, and valid GPhC registration.

Additionally, a valid Accuracy Checking certification and professional experience within a busy hospital setting or oncology pharmacy services would be desirable.
