Total Care Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Vulnerable Adults Support Specialist to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal assistance with primary needs, such as toileting, feeding, bathing, and showering
- Facilitating and enabling service users to participate in activities that promote their independence and well-being
- Maintaining regular and accurate records and reports as directed

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good standard of education, with at least 5 GCSES Grade A-C or equivalent
- NISCC Registration
- At least 6 months of experience working with vulnerable adults/children
- The ability to inspire others with a positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable people

We offer a competitive salary range of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
