Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design of scientific instrumentation for optical and acoustic applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop mechanical systems and components for scientific instrumentation.
  2. Lead a team of mechanical design engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet client requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  5. Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure designs meet client requirements.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our designs are innovative and effective.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in mechanical design and engineering, with experience leading teams and managing projects. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
