Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a basic salary, performance-related bonuses, and a range of benefits.Job Description:
The Philanthropy Development Manager will play a key role in leading the growth and development of our individual giving programme. This involves building strong relationships with existing supporters, identifying new opportunities for fundraising, and developing innovative strategies to engage our community.Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in fundraising, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a deep understanding of the charitable sector and the challenges facing non-profit organisations.Benefits:
