Shire Oak CE Primary School is seeking a skilled and experienced Before and After School Club Worker to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can work with children, helping them with their play and activities, as well as assisting with food preparation and serving. The ideal candidate will be committed to safeguarding and ensuring a safe and fair environment for all children.

The role involves working Monday to Thursday from 3:00pm until 6:00pm, with some morning sessions available from 7:45am to 9:00am. We are flexible regarding days worked and can discuss alternative arrangements if needed.

This is a temporary position initially, but we hope it could become permanent in the future once booking numbers are stable and sustainable.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our before and after school club, providing a positive and inclusive environment for all children.

We offer competitive pay, with an estimated salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our children.
