About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Fawkes & Reece, a leading Sub-Contractor specializing in interiors and refurbishment. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile projects with prestigious Tier 1 & Tier 2 Main Contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quantity surveying services on a range of projects, including specialist floor preparation, pumped screeds, timber flooring, ceramic tiling, and specialist resin systems.
  • Work closely with the flooring division to deliver projects across various sectors, such as Student Accommodation, High-Rise Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, Leisure, Education, BTR, and Private Residential.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a Sub-Contractor or Main Contractor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
