Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct conveyancing matters efficiently on behalf of clients, maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
  • Use our case management system proficiently to manage files and documents.
  • Provide excellent client care, handling all administrative duties related to conveyancing, including drafting contracts, preparing transfer deeds, and managing correspondence.
  • Participate in business development activities to help grow our client base and reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and client due diligence.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing process.
  • Excellent business development skills with a proactive approach to generating new business.
  • Driven and highly motivated individual with a positive outlook.
  • Able to work independently, managing their own workload efficiently, while also being a strong team player.
  • Demonstrates excellent client care skills with a friendly and caring attitude.
  • Good IT skills and experience using case management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
