Job Title: QHSE Manager

Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to join our team in Huddersfield. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Health and Safety
  1. Provide technical assistance in developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing safety arrangements and policies.
  2. Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.
  3. Organize and lead Health and Safety committees.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs on Health and Safety procedures.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and ensure that all employees have adequate Health and Safety training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a QHSE role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
