Lunchtime Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary

The Romero Catholic Academy is seeking a reliable and organized Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at St Patricks Catholic Primary School.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and good conduct of pupils during the midday break period, adhering to established procedures and practices.
  • Promote the Catholic ethos of our school, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a well-organized and efficient lunchtime service.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to ensure a smooth and successful lunchtime experience.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as child safety, first aid, and conflict resolution.
