About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Negligence Law Specialist to manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters from start to finish with a commercial and proactive approach. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with the Team Leader to discuss case strategies, planning, and team performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documentation, including Letters of Claim (LOC) and letters of instruction.
  • Ensure effective time recording and the collection of relevant information to progress cases.
  • Maintain excellent client care and uphold the firm's commitment to excellence in clinical negligence law.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to discuss case strategies, planning, and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, drafting, and IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Proclaim, and Excel.
  • High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness within a legal context.
